Where it all began! Miami is where the Plei App calls home. Since partnering with our first facility, we have now expanded to over 20 facilities across Miami-Dade County 😎. Since January 2019, we have been hosting pickup games at Soccer Rooftop, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. As part of our new blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
If there’s any soccer location across the region that truly embodies and gives meaning to Miami soccer culture, Soccer Rooftop is surely one of them.
Perhaps the most iconic facility in all of South Florida, this dual-field venue is conveniently located in the heart of Brickell on… you guessed it, the rooftop of a building! Let us be the first to tell you: the vibes are spectacular at Soccer Rooftop. With a view of Brickell’s famous colorfully-lit buildings, you’ll experience a downtown scene like no other.
Our Miami pickup community has been in love with this facility ever since we partnered with them back in early 2019!
Their two (2) fields are on opposite sides of the indoor area and are best suited for 5v5 and 6v6 games. Fields are well-lit, feature high-quality turf and are fully netted and equipped with padded walls for the safety of every player. Keep in mind that the ball can still go out of bounds!
Men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with showers are available, with entrances located on the south side. When you enter the facility, you would just go straight and they will be on your right-hand side.
The lounge is a great spot to chill before or after your pickup game! Not only are refreshments sold, but snacks (including ice cream) are available as well. There are also TVs inside that are constantly showing the latest matches and footy news.
Soccer Rooftop’s spaces can be used for birthdays and events! They offer two different packages for soccer-themed birthday parties, which you can read more about on their website. Contact them directly for more details on what other kinds of events can be hosted.
