Launched in early 2019, the unofficial Spring Break capital of the world, Broward County, FL, made its way into the Plei App as an extension of our home Miami-Dade region. 🏖️ On February 24, 2020, we announced our partnership with Soccer 5, a multi-location facility with facilities across South Florida! Initially, we began with their (at the time) three locations in Tropical Park, Kendall and Hialeah. Since then, they have opened up even more venues across South Florida! 🌴
We are looking forward to offering pickup games at Soccer 5 for many more years to come. As part of our ongoing blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
Soccer 5 continues to expand, and officially opened their second Broward venue on December 4th, 2023 after much preparations. 🚧
You’ll find this footy complex tucked into the northside of Coconut Creek inside of Tradewinds Park. Like all Soccer 5 facilities, you’ll be greeted by a number of pristine-quality turf soccer fields. 🌿
Let’s cut to the chase here. This facility has a total of six (6) turf fields, four (4) of them being for 7v7 and the other two (2) suitable for 5v5. Coconut Creek’s field count means that it is equal with the Kendall and John Prince Park venues as being the Soccer 5 complex with the most fields. 🙌
We won’t be surprised to see a new Soccer 5 facility open in the near future that boasts 7+ fields. 👀
Like we mentioned this venue is located inside of a public park, so you have an entire nature haven if you want to take a break from the pickup footy action. 🏞️
