On March 1, 2020, we announced the Plei App’s entrance into its third market, Orlando, FL 🎢! We were so excited to finally welcome Central Florida to our family, but as luck would have it, the pandemic happened 😭. We waited patiently (and we know our Orlando ballers were waiting patiently too) until finally in January 2021, we relaunched! Since February 2021, we have been hosting pickup games at Free Kick Orlando, and we are looking forward to continuing doing so for many years to come. As part of our new blog series, we will be highlighting all of our partner facilities in every region where Plei has touched down. 🛬
Step onto FIFA-recommended turf at Free Kick Orlando! Opened their doors back in December 2016, they have been providing the Orlando pickup soccer community with a premium, family-friendly experience since day one.
Free Kick has everything from field rentals, pickup games, adult and youth Leagues, soccer camps, birthday parties and their very own developmental academy known as the FD Football Club.
They offer three fields in total, which can combine to create one large 9v9 pitch, measuring 126 by 182 square feet.. The three individual fields are best suited for 5v5 and 6v6, and each measure 58 by 120 square feet. And as we mentioned before, their turf is FIFA-recommended, so you won’t have to worry about dealing with tacky artificial grass (we know how annoying that can be).
The best part about Free Kick? The fields are available for rental seven days a week! Not to mention the entire facility is equipped with air conditioning, LED lighting and a protection fence so that guests can play in the best conditions anytime.

Depending on what you want out of your pickup soccer experience, you may consider having access to a full menu of various foods and drinks as the best feature of a facility. Well, that’s exactly what Free Kick has!
Treat yourself to a set piece of deliciousness (see what we did there?) at Corner Kick Sports Bar & Café, located inside of Free Kick Orlando! You can order everything from pizza, hot dogs, burgers and pastries to smoothies, ice cream, soda, juice and even select beers 😍. Seriously, what other soccer facility has this many options?? There’s so much more that we didn’t even list, so check out the menu here! (The kitchen remains open until close)
Free Kick Orlando is spacious, making them a great choice for birthday parties and corporate events. They are also fully equipped with bleachers for those that pull up to spectate! Free Kick also has very comfortable restrooms on-site.
